Horse artillery

Like you, I've always been unsure how to use horse artillery effectively.  I've been doing some research on the matter, and it seems that the way to handle them is to gallop right up to the enemy infantry and use your cannon to shoot large iron balls at high velocity into their ranks, rending limb from limb, soaking the ground with blood, and tearing the veil from Death's face so he stares them right in the the eye.

I thought when you said you were going to take a break for a while, you were going to be much more dramatic and take an epicly long break. This feels more like a lapse!

Glad you're back though :)

Awwww...

I wasn't sure when I left if I was going to ever resume. I guess I just needed a month or so to clear the cobwebs.

It seems needlessly cruel to be firing horses out of canons. Do Meat and Livestock Australia know about this? If they could build a huge over-the-horizon rail gun, it might be a novel solution to the problem of live exports.

Needlessly cruel? When is cruelty needful? Apart from when you're being funny at someone else's expense, of course?
